Flower Power Events manages the full operational flow, beginning with securing premium hotel accommodation and conducting meticulous location research to ensure every setting reflects the elegance and international stature of the brands represented.
Prestigious Suites at the Majestic: A Setting Worthy of the Brand
To create a fitting environment for 'Give Back to Beauty', Flower Power Events secures two luxurious suites at the renowned Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic, perfectly positioned on the iconic Croisette beachfront. These suites are transformed into immersive brand spaces where elegance, sensory design and storytelling blend seamlessly. Across several days, more than 200 invited guests per day step into an atmosphere that reflects the craftsmanship and spirit of Give Back Beauty, with every detail curated to inspire discovery, conversation and connection with fellow peers.
Throughout the week, Flower Power Events oversees all on-site requirements, from refined Food & Beverage experiences at the Majestic to organising a memorable staff party that brings together their team for a fitting finale. Flower Power Events take charge of all aesthetic and technical elements, coordinating decoration, floral design, sound and lighting to create a cohesive atmosphere across meetings, hospitality suites and social events. Each detail is crafted to complement the identity of Give Back Beauty’s luxury portfolio while supporting their strategic commercial goals during the exhibition.
