MIPIM and Savills' Wonderful Corner of Cannes

Over four days in March, the event transforms the Palais des Festivals and surrounding Croisette into a hub of networking, thought leadership and deal-making. 

The conference attracts an exceptionally diverse audience, including developers, investors, architects, city officials, property advisors, and corporate occupiers. Senior decision-makers come to MIPIM because it provides unparalleled access to partners and clients, all concentrated in one place. It is a unique environment where relationships are strengthened, collaborations begin and major deals are shaped, often over coffee, lunch, or meetings arranged throughout Cannes. 

For our client Savills, MIPIM is a strategic moment in the calendar, enabling their teams to connect with global clients, showcase expertise and maintain visibility in a highly competitive market.

As event organisers supporting Savills, Flower Power Events role is to ensure their entire presence at MIPIM is seamless, professional and impactful. We manage all logistical and hospitality requirements, from securing high-quality accommodation and coordinating airport and local transfers to arranging lunch and dinner bookings, all tailored to our clients needs. 

One of our key responsibilities is overseeing the setup and daily operation of the Savills Café, a dedicated space where Savills staff and invited guests can meet for breakfast, lunch, or simply a coffee while conducting business in a relaxed yet comfortable environment. By handling every operational detail, we enable the Savills team to focus fully on what matters most at MIPIM: building relationships, engaging with clients, and driving new opportunities.
